the raven's nest

I want to say that ever since the early 2000s, I have chronicled my life in one way, shape, or form online. Whether that was through posts on a Xanga blog, angsty away messages on AIM or my buddy profile, MySpace bulletins, Facebook Notes, or within the ADayInMyLife community on LiveJournal, I never seemed to really care about putting my life on the internet. I feel like that was the case with a lot of millennials I've known.

The times have certainly changed, but I still wanted to find a way to stay connected to, and keep in touch with, those I care about. If you've stumbled upon this blog, then you might know me because I gave you the link. Or, you found it in the discover section. Either way, I hope you enjoy the reflections I post on here, some humorous takes on the state of things, and some life updates sprinkled in between.

Welcome to the Raven's Nest.

BTW, em dashes existed way before AI.
